We collect mobile phone numbers, contact names, trade specialties, and opt-in consent records directly from subcontractors and site personnel during:
- Onboarding or subcontractor agreement execution.
- Work order scheduling and Vendor Intake Forms.
- Direct opt-in communications or job site dispatch requests.
3. How We Use Your Mobile Information
Mobile phone numbers are collected and processed strictly for job site operations and scheduling. Specific operational use cases include:
- Confirming upcoming project arrival dates, times, and scope of work.
- Notifying trade crews of schedule shifts, site delays, or weather adjustments.
- Distributing job site access instructions, lockbox details, gate codes, and staging plans.
- Direct two-way dispatch coordination between site managers and subcontractors.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, rented, or sold to any third parties.
Mobile numbers and opt-in consent records are held in strict confidence and are utilized exclusively for the operational purposes detailed in Section 3. We do not sell, rent, lease, barter, or distribute your phone number or opt-in status to any advertisers, lead generators, affiliate networks, or marketing partners.
5. Opt-Out and Support Instructions
- Opt-Out: You may cancel SMS notifications at any time. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message received from us. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting 'STOP'. After texting 'STOP', you will receive a confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
