1. Program Description & Purpose
SkyeBus Solutions LLC provides an Application-to-Person (A2P) SMS notification service for trade subcontractors, independent contractors, vendors, and job site personnel. By opting into our messaging program (the SkyeBus Subcontractor Scheduling & Operations Alerts program), you agree to receive SMS notifications regarding active construction and operations projects, including:
- Job site arrival dates, check-in times, and schedule confirmations.
- Project schedule modifications, work order adjustments, and weather delays.
- Site access details, lockbox codes, gate access credentials, and staging instructions.
- Operational communications and dispatch coordination with site supervisors.
2. Opt-In & Consent
You opt in to receive text messages from SkyeBus Solutions LLC when you submit your mobile number through our Subcontractor Agreement, Vendor Intake Form, or direct work order request. Consent to receive SMS notifications is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services, subcontracting, or employment.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on project scheduling and dispatch activity. You will receive messages as needed to coordinate active work orders and site visits. High-activity projects may produce multiple notifications per day, while inactive periods generate zero messages.
4. Rates and Carrier Charges
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider. SkyeBus Solutions LLC does not charge any additional premium fee for SMS transmission.
5. Opt-Out Instructions (STOP)
You can cancel and opt out of receiving SMS communications at any time:
- To stop receiving messages, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message received from SkyeBus Solutions LLC.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting 'STOP'. After texting 'STOP', you will receive a confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
- No further automated text messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you explicitly re-enroll or submit a new consent request.

7. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to transmission limitations of your wireless carrier (including, but not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and regional wireless carriers) and network availability.
8. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
